How to start process with us?
We aim to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Our friendly office support team is available every day to assist with any questions or queries you may have.
Get in touch with us to discuss your individual needs and requirements. If you are unsure how many cleaning hours you may need, we will be happy to advise based on the size of your property and your preferred cleaning schedule. Once we have all the necessary information, we will carefully select the most suitable cleaner for you and arrange a mutually agreed start date.
Our goal is to provide you with the same cleaner on a regular basis, allowing them to become familiar with your home or office and your specific requirements. In the event of sickness or absence, we can arrange a replacement cleaner if requested. Please note that during busy holiday periods, replacement cover may not always be available on your usual cleaning day or at your regular time, and you always will be given choices for other days.
We kindly ask clients to provide all cleaning products and materials required for the service. Our office team will be happy to advise you on what supplies may be needed.
Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations; otherwise, the full cleaning fee may apply.
